Tania was more alert today than she has been since her fall 16 days ago. The swelling in her black eye is no longer evident and she is able to see with both eyes. Today she sat in a wheelchair for an hour and a half both in the morning and in the afternoon without much napping. She is still at Swedish Hospital (in a room on the seventh floor with a great view of the mountains), but I am hopeful that one day soon she will be moved back to her old room at Craig Hospital for rehab starting at "square one" as she did in early November.
