Tania has had pretty consistent fevers during her stay in ICU. The Doctor today decided to delay the decision on a permanent brain shunt. He indicated that she would most likely need a shunt, but they needed to get the fever under control first. She is now on a new antibiotic and we will wait and see what happens.
